Baudouine Building

The Baudouine Building is a historic office tower located at 1181–1183 Broadway in the NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. Constructed between 1895 and 1896, it features a striking Greco-Roman temple at its summit, earning it the nickname 'a little Parnassus in the sky.' Designed by Alfred Zucker in the Classical Revival style, the building showcases intricate decorative motifs, including lion-headed escutcheons above many windows. It is part of the Madison Square North Historic District, designated in 2001, making it a noteworthy site for both tourists and researchers interested in architectural history.
