Independence Hall-Declaration and Constitution

Independence Hall is the building where the Second Continental Congress debated and adopted the Declaration of Independence in July 1776. The Constitutional Convention met in the same building in 1787, where delegates produced the United States Constitution with George Washington presiding. Many Founding Fathers, including Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin, worked and signed documents at this site.
