S. B. Brodbeck Housing, also known as The Brick House, is a remarkable set of four historic rowhouses located in Codorus Township, York County, Pennsylvania. Constructed between 1890 and 1891, this three-story brick building showcases a stunning Second Empire architectural style, characterized by its distinctive mansard roof adorned with a fish-scale slate pattern. The rowhouses span 73 feet in width and 29 feet in depth, featuring a charming full-length two-story front porch and balcony, complete with intricate railings and post brackets. Built by the notable local figure Samuel B. Brodbeck, this historic site was recognized for its significance and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990, making it an intriguing destination for tourists and researchers alike.
