Friendship Fountain

Friendship Fountain is a large public fountain and riverfront installation located on the Southbank of the St. Johns River that opened in 1965 and was noted at the time as one of the world’s largest fountains. The fountain consists of a circular basin and high-arching water jets with colored nighttime illumination. It functions as a civic landmark and gathering place adjacent to Museum Circle and downtown riverfront parks.
