Hook & Ladder Company 8 - 'Ghostbusters' firehouse exterior

Hook & Ladder Company 8 is an active FDNY firehouse in Tribeca whose exterior at 14 North Moore Street was used as the fictional Ghostbusters headquarters in the 1984 film Ghostbusters. The building's façade has since become a popular photo spot for fans and appears again in later franchise films, while the station continues to operate as a working firehouse. The site is an example of a functional municipal facility that has also acquired pop-culture landmark status.
