Jane's Carousel in Brooklyn Bridge Park

Jane's Carousel is a restored 1922 Philadelphia Toboggan Company carousel that was conserved by Jane Walentas and installed in Brooklyn Bridge Park's Fulton Ferry Landing. The carousel reopened to the public in 2011 housed in a glass pavilion designed by architect Jean Nouvel. It is a frequently photographed landmark with views of the East River and Manhattan Bridge and operates as a public ride and event venue.
