Liberty Bell Center - public home for the Liberty Bell

The Liberty Bell Center, opened in 2003, is the public facility that houses the Liberty Bell and interprets its history for visitors. The center replaced the earlier Liberty Bell Pavilion and provides indoor exhibit space, visitor screening, and accessibility improvements that increased year-round local and tourist visitation. The site remains a frequent stop for Philadelphia residents attending civic events and school programs near Independence National Historical Park.
