Motor City Bowl / Quick Lane Bowl at Ford Field

The college postseason game originally known as the Motor City Bowl moved to Ford Field in downtown Detroit in 2002 after being played at the Pontiac Silverdome. Since 2002 Ford Field has hosted the bowl in most years as an annual NCAA Division I FBS postseason game. The game was renamed the Quick Lane Bowl when Quick Lane Tire became the title sponsor in 2014, continuing the event's presence in Detroit.
