Tower Fifth

Tower Fifth is a proposed skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, designed by Macklowe Properties. Standing at 1,556 feet, it aims to be the tallest building in New York City and the fifteenth tallest in the world upon completion. The design features a unique facade by Gensler, incorporating a closed cavity system to significantly reduce solar heat gain. The building will include a cantilevering observation deck, offering stunning views of the city. As of April 2025, part of the site has been sold, indicating ongoing development efforts.
