John Ross House (Durban, South Africa)

The John Ross House is a prominent 33-storey skyscraper located on Victoria Embankment in Durban, South Africa. Standing at 109 metres (358 feet), it was named after John Ross, who famously journeyed from Port Natal to Delagoa Bay at the age of 15 to gather supplies. A statue of him can be found outside the building. The skyscraper features the Roma Revolving Restaurant at its top and has been renovated in 2009.
