St. Paul’s Chapel - 9/11 relief hub

Completed in 1766, St. Paul’s Chapel is the oldest surviving church building in Manhattan. After the September 11, 2001 attacks, the chapel served as a relief center and logistical hub for rescue and recovery workers at the nearby World Trade Center site. It remains part of Trinity Church Parish and is open to visitors as a historic site and place of ongoing ministry.
