Behzad Cinema

Behzad Cinema, established in 1934, is the oldest movie theatre in Afghanistan, located in the historic Bagh-e-Qazi area of Kabul. Although it has fallen into ruin and faced periods of abandonment, it reopened during the reign of Mohammed Zahir Shah. Today, it is noted for its historical significance and has become a focal point for various underground activities, making it a unique site for tourists and researchers interested in Afghanistan's cultural and cinematic history.
