Old Red Museum (Dallas County Courthouse)

The Dallas County Courthouse, nicknamed Old Red, was completed in 1892 in a Romanesque Revival style using red sandstone and gray granite. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and served as the county courthouse for decades. After an extensive restoration it reopened as the Old Red Museum of Dallas County History & Culture in 2007, housing exhibits on local history and the courthouse's architecture.
