Originally named Southtrust Tower, it became a landmark as the first skyscraper in Atlanta west of the Downtown Connector and north of 14th Street. After its completion, it transitioned to Wachovia's ownership and later to Wells Fargo following corporate mergers. This building is significant for its environmental achievements, being the first high-rise office building in Georgia to receive LEED Silver-Core and Shell certification, highlighting its commitment to sustainable design.
