Biltmore Fashion Park

Biltmore Fashion Park opened in 1963 as one of Phoenix's earliest large suburban shopping centers and helped define mid-20th-century commercial infrastructure in the city. The outdoor retail complex and its associated parking and access patterns reflect the era's automobile-oriented development. The site has seen multiple redevelopments while continuing to serve as a major retail destination in the Biltmore neighborhood.
