Brendle Farms

Brendle Farms, also known as the Alexander Schaeffer Farm, is a historic site in Schaefferstown, Pennsylvania, dating back to around 1750. This unique Swiss bank house features a large arched wine cellar and distillery, alongside various historic structures including a bank barn, stone pigsty, and smokehouse. The property is part of the Historic Schaefferstown museum and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1972, with the Schaeffer House receiving National Historic Landmark status in 2011.
