Kyiv River Station

Kyiv River Station, located on the right bank of the Dnieper in the historic Podil district, serves as the main river port of Kyiv. Built between 1957 and 1961, the station features a striking four-story design with a central round tower. The building houses various facilities including administrative offices, a post office, a restaurant, and a cafe, adorned with beautiful mosaics by renowned artists. After a period of closure and reconstruction, it has been transformed into a modern tourist center, complete with a restaurant gallery and nightclubs. As of May 2023, it also hosts a private American university, making it a vibrant hub for both locals and visitors.
