Pueblo Grande Hohokam Platform Mound

Pueblo Grande Museum and Archaeological Park preserves a Hohokam platform mound and village site with archaeological remains and artifacts. The site contains components dating roughly from AD 450 to AD 1450 and includes traces of Hohokam irrigation canals. Excavated materials from the site are displayed in the on-site museum and the park is open for public interpretation of the prehistoric ruins.
