National Museum of American Jewish History - Independence Mall institution

The National Museum of American Jewish History is located on Independence Mall and moved into its current building in 2010 to expand exhibition and education space. The museum documents and interprets the political, social, religious, and cultural history of Jews in the United States through artifacts, photographs, and oral histories. It regularly hosts temporary exhibitions, public programs, and school initiatives that connect local and national Jewish experiences.
