Denver Union Station redevelopment as a cultural hub

Denver Union Station was restored and redeveloped with major work completed in 2014, transforming the historic rail station into a multimodal transit hub with restaurants, shops, and the Crawford Hotel. The station serves RTD light rail, Amtrak, and bus services and functions as a public gathering place and culinary destination in downtown Denver. The 2014 redevelopment is widely credited with catalyzing additional investment and cultural activity in the surrounding LoDo neighborhood.
