L. P. Jenne Block

The L.P. Jenne Block, located at the junction of Vermont Route 105 and West Street in Derby Center, Vermont, is a historic commercial-residential building dating back to around 1870. This well-preserved example of a late-19th century general store features a distinctive two-story porch and a charming clapboard exterior. Originally serving as a general store run by Lucien P. Jenne from 1882 to 1913, the building has been fully converted into residential apartments since 1945. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998, making it a notable site for tourists and researchers interested in Vermont's architectural history and commercial heritage.
