Brook Farm, constructed in 1892 in Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire, stands as a historical landmark amidst the rapid development of the area. Initially one of the few structures on what was once farmland, it has roots in local agriculture, with references to its dairy farm ownership dating back to 1915. The building has undergone changes over the years, including a mid-20th century expansion that added two additional properties.
