The Neon Museum and its Neon Boneyard

The Neon Museum, established in 1996, collects, studies, and preserves iconic signs from Las Vegas casinos and businesses. Its outdoor exhibition, the Neon Boneyard, displays dozens of restored and unrestored neon signs dating from the city's 1930s–1960s boom periods. The museum also uses the restored La Concha Motel lobby as its Visitor Center, connecting the collection to the city's mid-century architectural history.
