BTTC Centre

BTTC Centre is a notable 12-story green building located at the intersection of Ortigas Avenue and Roosevelt Avenue in Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines. As the first green building in the area to achieve Gold pre-certification for Core & Shell under LEED, it showcases sustainable architecture and design. Developed by Hantex Corporation, the building features a spacious floor plate of 1,384 square meters per floor and is certified as an IT-Center by PEZA. Completed in December 2012, BTTC Centre incorporates advanced maintenance systems, a built-in sewerage treatment plant, and double-glazed glass to enhance energy efficiency and comfort. Managed by CBRE Philippines and designed by ADGo Architecture, the BTTC Centre stands out as a significant example of modern, eco-friendly construction in Metro Manila.
