O. C. Barber Creamery

The O. C. Barber Creamery, established in 1909, is a historic farm building located in Barberton, Ohio. Built by industrialist Ohio Columbus Barber, known as America's Match King, the creamery was part of his vision for a modern agricultural enterprise on the 3,500-acre Anna-Dean Farm. It played a crucial role in processing and bottling milk and producing ice cream, with a capacity of up to 10,000 pounds of milk per day. The creamery was recognized for its historical significance and added to the National Register of Historic Places on May 22, 1973, making it an interesting site for tourists and researchers alike.
