Grotius Towers

The Grotius Towers is a striking high-rise residential complex located in the Haagse Hout district of The Hague, Netherlands. Completed in 2022, it features two impressive towers, the taller reaching 120 meters with 38 floors, making it the 7th tallest building in the city. Named after the renowned Dutch lawyer Hugo Grotius, the towers were designed by MVRDV Studio, showcasing a unique voxel-inspired architecture that includes rooftop terraces. The complex offers a total of 655 homes, including affordable rental units, and is strategically situated near the A12 Utrechtsebaan highway, with measures taken to mitigate noise and pollution for residents. This modern development not only enhances the skyline of The Hague but also integrates commercial and hospitality spaces on the ground floor, making it a vibrant addition to the city.
