Circa is a striking twin tower skyscraper complex in downtown Los Angeles, standing at 400 feet tall. Developed by Hankey Investment Group, it features 648 residential apartments and 48,000 square feet of retail space, making it a vibrant addition to the South Park neighborhood. The complex is conveniently located next to the Pico/Chick Hearn Metro station, enhancing accessibility for visitors. Notably, Circa boasts large LED screens that face the Staples Center and LA Live, contributing to the lively atmosphere of the area. Construction began in 2015, and the apartments welcomed their first residents in October 2018.
