Spanning 112 acres with over 20,000 square feet of living space, the ranch was once owned by American actor Robert Taylor. It gained further fame as the filming location for the 1983 movie 'The Osterman Weekend.' After changing hands several times, it was auctioned in 2012 for $12 million to real estate developer Fred Latsko.
