Fortress of Niha

The Fortress of Niha, an ancient medieval fortress located in Lebanon's Shouf Cedar Nature Reserve, offers a glimpse into the region's rich history. First recorded in 975 AD, this impressive structure carved into a cliff overlooks the Bisri and 'Aray valley and was strategically positioned along the route between Sidon and the Beqaa valley.
