Orchestra Hall (home of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra)

Orchestra Hall opened in 1919 as the dedicated home for the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and occupies a prominent site on Woodward Avenue. The hall underwent a major restoration and was incorporated into the Max M. Fisher Music Center in the late 20th century, returning it to regular concert use. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and remains a central historic performance venue in Detroit.
