Stratosphere Tower beacon and obstruction lighting

The Stratosphere Tower (The STRAT) features FAA-required obstruction lights at its summit plus decorative and color-changing exterior lighting, producing bright points of light visible across the Las Vegas Valley. The tower includes observation decks and thrill rides near the illuminated apex, so its lights are part of both safety systems and the tower's night-time appearance. The structure is a prominent vertical light source on the northern end of the Strip.
