Matthias Pennypacker Farm

The Matthias Pennypacker Farm, also known as Tinker Dam Farm, is a historic farmhouse located in Schuylkill Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977, this Georgian-style structure features an 'L' shape and is constructed of rubble masonry with a slate gable roof. The older section of the farmhouse predates the American Revolution, while the main portion was built in 1830, showcasing three stories and five bays. Visitors can also explore additional historic features on the property, including a stone smokehouse, spring house, root cellar, and a large stone barn from 1830.
