Consort Place

Consort Place is an impressive mixed-use development located in the Isle of Dogs, London, just south of the iconic Canary Wharf financial district. Spanning 80,000 square meters and boasting a development value of £470 million, this project features three prominent buildings: the 65-storey Aspen tower, which is the third-tallest residential building in Canary Wharf; the 34-storey Alta tower, providing affordable housing; and the Dorsett Aspen Canary Wharf Hotel, a four-star establishment. The development also includes a vibrant public square, retail spaces, a health center, and a new school, alongside the restoration of the historic North Pole pub. Approved in 2016 after a series of planning challenges, Consort Place represents a significant addition to London's skyline and urban landscape.
