Perspektivet Museum

Located in Tromsø, Norway, Perspektivet Museum was established in 1996 to promote understanding of cultural diversity and societal connections. Housed in a historic building that once belonged to the renowned author Cora Sandel, the museum features a main collection reflecting Tromsø's history since the 1950s, along with two open-air facilities showcasing 24 antiquarian buildings. The museum emphasizes documentary photography and is part of national and international cultural networks. Visitors can explore the Folkeparken and Straumen gård facilities, which highlight traditional Norwegian architecture and coastal farming life.
