USS Midway Museum

The USS Midway (museum ship) is a decommissioned aircraft carrier now operated as a museum at Navy Pier; visitors and some former crew members have reported hearing unexplained noises, voices, and seeing apparitions aboard the ship. These anecdotal reports have been featured in local media and on ghost-tour listings that include the Midway. The museum is managed by a nonprofit and such reports are treated as personal accounts rather than scientific evidence.
