Wavertree Town Hall

Wavertree Town Hall, located in Merseyside, England, is a historic Grade II listed building originally constructed in 1872 as the offices for the local board of health. Designed in a neoclassical style by architect John Elliot Reeve, it features a striking symmetrical facade with Ionic columns and a grand ballroom. The town hall has a rich history, having hosted significant events, including a campaign speech by Randolph Churchill and performances by future Beatles members. After years of disuse and a threat of demolition, it was transformed into a public house and reopened as Murphy's Town Hall Tavern in 2015, making it a unique spot for visitors to explore the area's heritage.
