Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980, it showcases the most elaborate framed false-front architecture in the area. The building's second floor was once home to Dr. Lynn's offices, while the first floor served as a drug store, making it a notable site for both tourists and researchers interested in local history and architecture.
