Kodak Building 9

Kodak Building 9, located in Toronto, Ontario, was originally built in 1939 as a recreation center for Kodak employees, featuring amenities like a gym, cafeteria, and darkrooms. After Kodak ceased operations in 2006, the building faced vandalism and proposals for preservation. In 2013, it became part of the Mount Dennis transit station project, with plans for public access. The building was temporarily relocated during construction but returned to its original site, and the ground floor opened to the public in November 2025, making it a unique blend of historical significance and modern transit.
