Mystery Castle

Mystery Castle was constructed in the 1930s in the South Mountain foothills by Boyce Luther Gulley using reclaimed materials such as stone, adobe, and railroad ties. Built as a gift for his daughter, the structure contains numerous handmade rooms, towers, and fixtures reflecting folk-art and improvised construction methods. The site operates as a small museum offering public tours and is maintained by Gulley's descendants and volunteers.
