Drybridge House, Monmouth

Drybridge House is a historic 17th-century Grade II* listed building located in Monmouth, Wales. Originally built as a farmhouse, it was transformed in 1671 and features stunning interiors with fine plasterwork, woodcarvings, and Arthurian-themed roundels. The house has a rich history, having been owned by the Roberts family for 400 years, who contributed significantly to the local community. Notable visitors included composer Edward Elgar. After serving various purposes, it was restored as a community centre in 2003, making it a key stop on the Monmouth Heritage Trail and a hub for local activities.
