Ford Piquette Avenue Plant (Henry Ford)

The Ford Piquette Avenue Plant is the factory where Henry Ford and his early team built and developed several early Ford models and prototypes, including the Model N and early work that led to the Model T. The plant operated as Ford's primary manufacturing site from 1904 until 1910. It now operates as the Piquette Avenue Industrial Museum preserving original machinery, offices, and artifacts from Detroit's early automotive industry.
