Pad Factory

The Pad Factory, a historic building in Ticonderoga, New York, was constructed in 1893 and features a distinctive 3-story brick design with a fieldstone foundation. Originally intended for blank book manufacturing, it has served various roles over the years, including a temporary school and shirt factory. In 1981, it was repurposed for residential and commercial use, and it gained recognition by being listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988, making it a notable site for both tourists and researchers interested in industrial history.
