Park Building (Cleveland)

The Park Building is a historic nine-story commercial structure located on Public Square in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Completed in 1904 and recognized as a historic site in 1996, it showcases early 20th-century architectural methods, particularly through its use of reinforced concrete. Designed by architect Frank Seymour Barnum, the building features distinctive architectural elements such as large bay windows and a mix of terrazzo and stone flooring. Historically, it housed various small service businesses and was owned by the same family until 2006, when it was converted into condominiums, welcoming its first residents in 2009. The Park Building is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places, making it a notable destination for tourists and researchers interested in Cleveland's architectural heritage.
