Pabellón M

Pabellón M, also known as the InverCap Tower, is a striking mixed-use skyscraper located in San Pedro Garza García, Monterrey, Mexico. Standing at 207.6 meters tall with 47 floors, it was the tallest building in Monterrey from 2015 to 2017 and is part of a larger urban regeneration project that includes a convention center, shopping areas, and a hotel. Inaugurated in 2016, the complex aims to revitalize the city center and attract investment, featuring modern offices, restaurants, and a unique auditorium with a capacity of 4,500 people. Designed by architect Agustín Landa Vértiz, Pabellón M is a key landmark in Monterrey, symbolizing the city's growth and development.
