Philadelphia's Magic Gardens (Isaiah Zagar)

Philadelphia's Magic Gardens is an indoor/outdoor mosaic art environment and nonprofit museum created by artist Isaiah Zagar covering approximately half a city block. The site features large-scale mosaicked walls and sculptural installations made from tiles, mirrors, bottles, and found objects and opened to the public as a nonprofit in 2008. It is widely cited in art and travel guides as a major example of mosaic and community-based public art in Philadelphia.
