Huntington Bank Tower

Huntington Bank Tower is a striking 20-story skyscraper located at 2025 Woodward Avenue in Detroit, Michigan, standing at 311 feet tall. Serving as the regional headquarters for Huntington National Bank, the tower was completed in September 2022 after construction began in 2019. Originally proposed to replace an older building and parking lot, it features ground-floor commercial space, ten floors of parking, and nine floors of office space. The building's design was crafted by Neumann/Smith Architecture, and it was developed by Brinker Group. In June 2023, it was purchased for $150 million by The Herrick Company, marking a significant investment in Detroit's architectural landscape.
