Hezekiah Alexander House (Alexander Rock House)

The Hezekiah Alexander House is the oldest surviving house in Mecklenburg County and is operated as a historic site and museum. Staff and volunteers have occasionally reported unusual sounds, such as footsteps and voices, and the house is frequently mentioned on regional ghost-walking tours.
