The Estate Makati

The Estate Makati is an impressive 300-meter tall residential skyscraper currently under construction in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. Developed by a joint venture of SM Development Corp. and Federal Land, Inc., this 60-storey building is set to become one of the tallest in the country and the tallest along Ayala Avenue. Designed by the renowned British architectural firm Foster + Partners, The Estate features a unique cross-shaped design aimed at minimizing sunlight exposure, with innovative double-glazed windows and column-free units. The project, which began in January 2019 and is estimated to cost over ₱10 billion, will include 188 residential units, eight penthouse suites, and 618 parking slots equipped for electric vehicles. The developers are also pursuing LEED Gold certification, highlighting their commitment to sustainability.
