The Heights (Jordan)

The Heights is a striking 133.2-meter tall residential tower located in the Al-Abdali district of Amman, Jordan. As the tallest residential building in the country at the time of its completion in 2015, it features a mix of studio, one to three-bedroom, and penthouse apartments. Developed by DAMAC Properties, The Heights was built at a cost of $120 million and sold out within just two months of its launch. The building is notable not only for its height, ranking as the third tallest in Jordan, but also for its luxury appeal, exemplified by a promotional offer where the first 25 buyers of three-bedroom apartments received a 2007 Jaguar X-Type. The Heights is part of the larger New Abdali development, which reflects the growing demand for upscale living spaces in Jordan.
