Prescott Estate

The Prescott Estate, located at 770 Centre Street in Newton, Massachusetts, is a historic residential estate featuring a unique c. 1874 Medieval Revival main house, notable for its rare stone construction. Originally built by Boston cigar merchant Henry Pazolt, the estate became associated with the Prescott family around 1886. In 1954, it was acquired by the Carroll Center for the Blind. The estate also includes a period carriage house and garage, and it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986, making it a significant site for both tourists and researchers interested in architectural history.
